Membership Application- Lifetime

To become a lifetime member of Team Internet , fill out the following form and send it to the address below with a check or money order for $50.00 dollars (you can use PayPal to [email protected]). PayPal payments should be for $52.00.

The dues are used to affiliate Team Internet with various cycling organizations, as well as to promote cycling in general. Benefits include the right to use Team Internet on USAC license applications, and to purchase club clothing. Membership runs from the date we receive your payment until the end of the line.
