Membership Application- 2005

To become a member of Team Internet , fill out the following form and send it to the address below with a check or money order for $5.00 dollars (you can use PayPal to [email protected]). PayPal payments should be for $5.75

The dues are used to affiliate Team Internet with various cycling organizations, as well as to promote cycling in general. Benefits include the right to use Team Internet on USAC license applications, and to purchase club clothing. Annual membership runs through December 31st.

Lifetime membership is available for $50.00.
